To use, simply twist the green ring to unlock the spring-loaded nozzle for pouring, and push the nozzle down on the fuel tank filler neck. When used with the fuel can's breather cap closed, the fuel will automatically stop flowing once the fuel level reaches the tip of the nozzle, preventing overfills and spills. For optimal flow rate, it is recommended to use this pourer with 4L, 5L, and 10L size Pro Quip Plastic Fuel Cans. The pourer is sealed internally with Nitrile Rubber and under the fuel can cap to ensure a secure fit. While it will fit 15L and 20L cans, the flow rate may be reduced unless the breather cap is loosened, which will eliminate the automatic stop flow functionality but retain the mechanical shut-off feature when lifting the can from the filler neck.
