The MR002G Makita Bluetooth Jobsite Radio offers exceptional audio quality in a compact and durable design. Equipped with AM/FM radio frequencies and Bluetooth connectivity, it allows you to wirelessly connect your mobile device to play music. The radio features one auxiliary port for MP3 compatibility and delivers rich stereo sound from two powerful 89mm side-firing speakers. Engineered to withstand harsh job site conditions, the MR002G includes protective bumpers and dust and water-resistant construction for increased durability.
The antenna is built into the carry handle, which has been redesigned to boost the radio signal when raised. The durable design includes a front metal pipe and elastomer bumpers to protect against rough handling and impacts. Additional features include an AUX-IN jack for connecting external audio sources via a 3.5mm AUX cable, a USB charging port that allows for charging a mobile device at 2.4A, and IP65-rated dust and shower-proof construction. The Bluetooth capability has a maximum range of 30m, and the radio is compatible with XGT, LXT, CXT, and AC power sources.
