1. Consumer Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product you purchased:

• Is faulty or has a defect.
• Is not fit for its intended purpose.
• Does not match the description or sample shown.
• Is unsafe.

2. Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you wish to return a product because you have changed your mind, we offer a return for store credit or exchange under the following conditions:

• The item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
• The item is in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

Please note that change of mind returns are not applicable for:

• Custom-made or special-order items.
• Items that have been installed or used.

3. Faulty or Defective Products

If you believe your product is faulty or defective, please contact us immediately. We will assess the product and, if it is found to be faulty, we will offer you the choice of a refund, replacement, or repair.

4. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at orders@builderscentre.com.au to initiate the return process.
2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
3. Return the item to our store or send it to 400 Fifteenth Ave, Austral NSW 2179.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

6. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Items damaged due to misuse or neglect.
• Items that have been altered or modified.
• Items purchased as clearance or sale items, unless they are faulty.
