The product has good extrudability and high shear strength after full cure without the need for a primer. It remains elastic after curing and is highly sustainable. Additionally, it is odorless, can be painted with water-based systems, and has excellent weather and UV resistance. Importantly, it does not contain isocyanates or silicones and adheres well to slightly moist substrates. It is also water potable.
In terms of applications, T-Rex Power Fast Grab is ideal for sealing and bonding in the building and construction industry. It is perfect for the elastic bonding of panels, profiles, and other pieces on common substrates such as wood, MDF, and chipboard. It is also suitable for elastic structural bonding in the car and container industry. The product has been tested on various metal surfaces, including steel, AlMgSi1, brass, electrolytic galvanized steel, AlCuMg1, flame galvanized steel, AlMg3, and steel ST1403. It has also been tested on plastics like polystyrene, polycarbonate (Makrolon), PVC, polyamide, glass fiber reinforced epoxy, and polyester (GRP). Given the variability in specific substrates, preliminary compatibility testing is recommended.
