This product is compliant with AS3959:2018 for BAL-LOW, BAL-A12.5, BAL-A19, BAL-A29, and BAL-A40 when used in masonry construction. It is suitable for both face brick and rendered brick and block applications. The purple mortar protector is removed post-installation, ensuring a clean and aesthetically pleasing finish.
In addition to its bushfire protection capabilities, the New Generation Bushfire Weepa ensures adequate airflow and cavity ventilation, reducing the risk of fungal decay and mildew. It also effectively excludes a wide range of pests from the wall cavity. This product is designed to be installed during construction and comes fully assembled with a 316 stainless steel grate and mortar cover. It is adjustable for various types of brick and block construction.
