Sisalation Tuff Wrap Wall Wrap Standard (497) is a robust, reflective wall wrap membrane designed to shield homes from radiant heat and serve as an effective secondary skin to reduce draughts and dust in wall cavities. This feature enhances the performance of bulk wall insulation. It is specifically engineered for standard residential brick veneer applications in Climate Zones 1-5. Additionally, it complies with the requirements of AS/NZS 4200.1.
The Sisalation Tuff Wrap™ Wall Wrap Standard incorporates a layer of aluminium foil bonded to a polymer-based weave. The blue-coloured face of the polymer weave reduces glare during installation. This product is also suitable for use in bushfire-prone areas with a Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) of 0 – FZ, in accordance with AS 3959-2009. It minimizes the amount of moisture absorbed by the frame during construction, ensuring long-term durability and effectiveness.
