This ready-mixed mortar filler is quick and easy to apply with a caulking gun, making it a convenient solution for homeowners and professionals alike.

With a mortar-like texture, it provides a textured finish that matches cement mortar and render. It is more flexible than traditional mortar, which helps prevent further damage. The product is weather and UV resistant, featuring a UV-stable formula to prevent color deterioration. Additionally, it offers a more suitable finish on rendered walls than smooth fillers and contains a fungicide and algaecide to protect against unsightly mold and algae growth. Its superior adhesion to a broad range of surfaces ensures ease of use, and it will not stain building materials. The filler can be painted over with both water and oil-based paints approximately two hours after application, and being water-based, it can be cleaned up easily with water. Once dry, it is sandable for either a rough or smooth finish.
