The Dulux Concrete & Paving Sealed Surface Primer is the second stage in preparing the surface for the finishing coat. It is formulated for use over any existing coating to reinforce the surface for optimal adhesion of subsequent coats of paint. This primer is easy to apply and creates excellent surface adhesion, making it ideal for pebble, stone brick, and previously sealed surfaces. With a spread rate of up to 12m²/L, it ensures efficient coverage.
Application tools include a 15mm nap roller, roller frame with an extension pole, roller tray, and a 50 to 65mm brush. The primer is touch dry in 30 minutes and fully dry in 2 hours. Follow these steps for optimal results: wear suitable protective clothing, sweep the surface clean, pressure wash to remove dirt and loose materials, mix Part B material thoroughly, and apply the primer evenly. Once dry, the surface is ready for any Dulux Concrete & Paving Stage 3 finishing coat.
