Designed, engineered, and made in Australia, the Kimberley Deluxe Attic Ladder includes an adjustable tension heavy-duty spring mechanism. The kit comes with an easy-reach extendable pole with a hook, allowing you to open the ladder safely from floor level. The ladder is height adjustable and fits standard 600mm ceiling joist centres. It also includes easy hang straps to make installation faster and easier. The aluminium steps are serrated to resist slipping, and the ladder comes complete with a handrail (right hand only), a draft seal to minimize drafts and dust, and injection-moulded non-slip EVA feet. This product is intended for residential applications only and suits ceiling heights from 2700mm to 3050mm.
