Delivery Coverage
- We deliver to addresses across Australia via trusted third-party courier services
- Delivery is currently limited to Australia only
Local Trade & Landscape Delivery (Sydney Only)
For selected heavy or bulk products including:
- Sands & Soils
- Bulk landscape materials
- Heavy building products
Local delivery is available within Sydney delivery zones only. Delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and location.
Delivery Costs
- Delivery charges are calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery location
- The final delivery cost is displayed at checkout before payment
Large or Bulky Items
Some items require special delivery arrangements, including:
- Oversized products
- Palletised goods
- Heavy construction materials
Our team may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Please ensure the delivery location is on the ground floor and safely accessible.
Receiving Your Order
- A signature may be required upon delivery
- If no one is available, the courier may leave a delivery notice
- Please ensure safe and clear access to the delivery location
- Inspect goods for defects at the time of delivery and notify us in writing of any issues immediately
Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details
- Tracking availability depends on the courier service used

Returns & Delivery
- Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days
- Return shipping is at the customer's cost
- Items can be returned by post or in store at either Builders Mitre 10 location
- No restocking fees apply
