It boasts high durability, good weathering resistance, and non-sag properties on vertical and soffit joints up to 30 mm in width. The sealant has a short skinning time, short cut-off string even after storage, and is ready for immediate use, eliminating the need for mixing and reducing potential errors or wastage. Additionally, it is non-corrosive, can be painted over with many water, solvent, and rubber-based paints (preliminary tests recommended), and is approved for use in potable water (AS4020:2005).
